Green Plains Deploys Fluid Quip's Clean Sugar Technology for Dextrose Syrup Production

Green Plains (GPRE) said Monday it has launched production of dextrose syrups with the first commercial deployment of Fluid Quip Technologies' Clean Sugar Technology at a Shenandoah, Iowa facility.

Bulk shipments of commercial quantities to end-use customers are expected to start in the coming weeks, Green Plains said.

Green Plains said it is in advanced negotiations for multiple offtake partnerships, and that "interest for these dextrose and glucose corn syrups exceeds the current production capacity of the Shenandoah facility."
