Terreno Realty (TRNO) said Monday it has begun construction of Building 34 of its Countyline Corporate Park Phase IV development in Hialeah, Florida.

The 220,000 square foot industrial distribution building has been 70% pre-leased to a cruise ship industry provider of non-perishable food items and food service supplies, the company said.

Completion of the building and tenant build-out are expected to be in Q3 next year, Terreno Realty said.
