Tompkins Financial (TMP) said Friday that Director Daniel Fessenden will succeed Thomas Rochon as its board chair, effective as of the date of the annual meeting to be held next year.

Rochon will have reached the mandatory retirement age for directors as of the date of the annual meeting, the company said.
