China Beststudy Education Group's (HKG:3978) trustee bought back 131,000 shares for around HK$405,710, or HK$3.10 apiece, under its restricted share unit scheme, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The shares, which were bought from the open market, represent roughly 0.02% of the firm's issued share capital.
Following the buyback, the trustee holds 108,626,178 shares in the extracurricular education service provider.
