Former executive director of China Kingstone Mining (HKG:1380), Zheng Yonghui, sold 56,380,000 shares in the company in the open market on Oct. 24, an Oct. 25 bourse filing said.
The shares represent roughly 26% of the marble stone company's issued share capital.
Following the disposal, Zheng owns 11,877 shares in the firm, representing 0.01% of its issued shares. He has hence ceased to be the company's substantial shareholder.
Shares of the firm closed nearly 19% lower on Monday.
