NEW YORK, Oct 31 (Reuters) - U.S. independent oil refiner HF Sinclair plans to operate its refineries at up to 84% of combined capacity of 716,480 barrels per day in the fourth quarter of 2024, the company said during a Thursday morning conference call to discuss third quarter results with analysts.
The Dallas-based refiner started turnaround work at its 162,000 barrel-per-day El Dorado, Kansas, refinery in mid-September. The planned maintenance work is expected to be completed in early November.
