Linklogis' (HKG:9959) unit Lianruida Supply Chain Services (Shenzhen) agreed to acquire 19,308,350, or 29%, additional shares in Shenzhen Bytter Technology from third-party Hu Defang for 47.5 million yuan, a Wednesday bourse filing said.
Hu Defang is the chairman, director, and general manager of Chinese treasury management solution provider Shenzhen Bytter Technology.
The buyer currently holds a 25% equity stake in the target company. Following completion, it will own 35,740,250, or 54%, shares in Shenzhen Bytter Technology.
