Shareholders of China Jinmao Holdings Group (HKG:0817) will meet Nov. 15 to vote on the proposed disposal of Jin Mao Sanya, the owner of Hilton Sanya Yalong Bay Resort and Spa, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The real estate developer had first shared its plan related to the sale, which will be conducted through a public tender at the China Beijing Equity Exchange, earlier in October.
