- Rolls-Royce has sold a 20% stake in its Rolls-Royce SMR business to the Czech power company CEZ .

- Santander CEO Hector Grisi said that the bank will cut more than 1,400 jobs across its UK business this year as part of its efforts to reduce costs.

- Adidas has reached an out-of-court settlement with rapper Ye to end all legal proceedings between them, the sportswear brand said, adding that no money changed hands in the agreement.
