Vinyl Group (ASX:VNL) said it was instructed by RealWise to exercise a further AU$362,377 worth of options at AU$0.021 per share, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

The exercise of 17,256,035 options will raise RealWise's holdings in the music company to 37.3%, the filing said.

Shares of Vinyl Group were down 7% in recent trade.
