China International Capital Corp. or CICC (HKG:3908, SHA:601995) recorded a third-quarter profit attributable to shareholders of 630.1 million yuan, down 39.8% from a year ago.

Basic earnings per share was 0.093 yuan for the three months ended Sept. 30, down 49.01% a year earlier.

The investment management and financial services company's operating revenue for the quarter was 4.54 billion yuan, 10% lower than a year ago.

The company's shares were down over 2% in recent trade.
