China Construction Bank's (HKG:0939, SHA:601939) net profit attributable to shareholders for the third quarter of the year rose 4.5% year on year to 92.1 billion yuan, according to a Hong Kong Stock Exchange filing on Wednesday.
Earnings per share was at 0.35 yuan.
The Chinese bank generated an operating income worth 177.5 billion yuan, down 2.7% from the previous year, the filing said.
The company's Hong Kong and Shanghai shares both closed more than 1% lower.
