Shipbuilding stocks are broadly higher with Seatrium up 0.5% and Yangzijiang Shipbuilding rising 0.4%. Investors will pay attention to the U.S. advance 3Q GDP estimate due today and October employment report this week to gauge the Fed's next move. The FTSE Straits Times Index is 0.1% lower at 3586.29.
