StarHill Global REIT (SGX:P40U) divested its office tower at the Wisma Atria Property for around SG$16.1 million to an unrelated part, a filing with the Singapore Exchange said on Monday.
The cash consideration is a 22.2% premium to the property's latest valuation.
The divestment is part of the REIT's efforts to rejuvenate its portfolio, with net proceeds to be used to pare down debts, for future acquisitions or to make distributions to unitholders.
