IGB Real Estate Investment Trust's (KLSE:IGBREIT) distribution per unit edged up to 0.0268 ringgit in the third quarter from 0.0260 ringgit a year earlier.

Distributable income rose to 99.4 million ringgit, from 95.8 million ringgit in the year-ago period, according to a Monday Malaysian bourse filing.

Net property income rose to 109.5 million ringgit from 102.8 million ringgit, while total revenue grew to 114.1 million ringgit from 111.3 million ringgit a year ago.

Shares slid about 2% recently.
