Parkway Life REIT (SGX:C2PU) was granted an approval in principal by the Singapore Exchange Securities to list and quote 47,369,000 new units, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

In an earlier filing, the trust had proposed the launch of an equity fund raising through private placement to raise proceeds of around SG$180.0 million.
