Fomento Economico Mexicano SAB de CV (FMX), or FEMSA, said late Monday it agreed to divest its plastics solutions operations to AMMI for about 3.17 billion Mexican pesos ($158.3 million).
The deal is expected to close in the following months, subject to regulatory approvals and other customary conditions.
