Gold Road Resources Says Western Australia JV's Production Rises in Q3

Gold Road Resources (ASX:GOR) said production from its Gruyere joint venture in Western Australia rose to 68,781 gold ounces at an all-in sustaining cost (AISC) of AU$2,551 per ounce in the third quarter from the 62,535 gold ounces produced in the second quarter at an AISC of AU$2,441, according to a Wednesday filing with the Australian bourse.

Gruyere is a 50:50 joint venture with a subsidiary of Gold Fields.

Gold sales for the three months ended Sept. 30 rose to 32,507 ounces at an average realized price of AU$3,719 per ounce from 31,216 ounces sold in the June quarter at an average of AU$3,532 per ounce, the filing added.

The mining firm maintained its 2024 production guidance for Gruyere of 290,000 to 305,000 gold ounces, including an attributable production of 145,000 to 152,500 ounces, at an AISC of AU$2,050 to AU$2,200.
