Anhui Expressway (HKG:0995. SHA:600012) reported a net profit attributable to shareholders of 411.2 million yuan for the quarter ended Sept. 30, a decrease of 19.57% compared with the prior-year period, according to a quarterly report filed Monday with the Shanghai Stock Exchange.

Earnings per share were 0.2479 yuan, down 19.57% from a year earlier.

The company's operating revenue declined 1.47% year on year to 1.99 billion yuan.

The construction management company's shares were down 4% in recent trading.
