Starhill Global REIT (SGX:P40U) on Wednesday issued 1,498,709 units to its manager, YTL Starhill Global REIT Management, at SG$0.5182 per unit as part of the base management fee for the July to September period.
Following the issue of these units, the total number of units in issue is 2,290,351,341, of which the manager's holding is 65,996,309 units or roughly 2.9%, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday.
