Digital Domain (HKG:0547) has named Hooi Hing Lee as its chief strategic advisor and a non-executive director effective Friday, a same-day bourse filing said.
The company, on the same day, granted share options to Hooi under its share option scheme to subscribe for up to 40 million shares.
The options are exercisable at HK$0.49 per share for 10 years, according to the visual effects and camera technology services provider.
Hooi is currently an independent non-executive director of Frontier Services Group (HKG:0500).
