Inspur Digital Enterprise Technology's (HKG:0596) subsidiaries Langchao (Shandong) Electronics Information and Inspur Genersoft Software entered into a capital increase agreement with an associate Jinan Yunyong Capital Investment Partnership Enterprise, a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing said.
Under the agreement, Jinan Yunyong Capital will invest 40 million yuan in cash into Inspur Worldwide Service, another subsidiary of the company. 12.64 million yuan out of the total investment will be used to increase the registered capital of the target and the remaining 27.36 million yuan will be injected into its capital reserve.
After the completion, the investor will hold 7.32% of the enlarged issued share capital of the target company.
The software development and other software services company's shares closed over 1% lower on Friday.
