ParkwayLife REIT (SGX:C2PU) issued and listed 47,369,000 new units at an issue price of SG$3.80 per unit, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

In an earlier filing, the REIT was granted an approval in principal by the Singapore Exchange Securities to list and quote the same number of new units.

The trust had proposed the launch of an equity fund raising through private placement to raise proceeds of about SG$180.0 million.
