Winking Studios (SGX: WKS), a game development company, intends to pursue a dual listing on the AIM Market of the London Stock Exchange in November to support its expansion into Western markets, according to a Thursday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The dual listing aims to enhance its market presence, facilitate strategic acquisitions, and broaden its customer base in North America and Europe, the filing said. Backed by Acer Group, which holds a 62.56% stake, Winking Studios seeks to strengthen its operations and AI capabilities.
