Raffles Education (SGX:NR7) agreed to issue SG$3.0 million worth of unlisted, non-convertible bonds to six subscribers, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Friday.

The bonds are part of a larger offering of SG$20 million worth of bonds, the filing said.

The second tranche of the issue is part of the company's strategy to raise funding to refinance its borrowings.
