OSL Group's (HKG:0863) unit OSL Investment (Japan) will acquire an over 81% equity stake in CoinBest K.K. from four independent third parties, a Monday bourse filing said.
CoinBest is a crypto asset exchange service provider in Japan, according to cryptocurrency company OSL Group.
Completion is subject to fulfillment of certain conditions by the long stop date of Dec. 31, 2025.
