ASL Marine (SGX:A04) was granted an extension of time by the SGX to hold its annual general meeting and publish its sustainability report for 2024 by Dec. 31, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Monday.

The company is currently in the concluding phase of securing financing with certain financial institutions to refinance its Series 6 notes and to raise additional funds for working capital needs, the filing said.

The company has also applied to the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for an extension of time.
