Chinachem will offer reduced management fees for tenants and loyalty points for customers as part of its efforts to reward energy-saving practices, The Standard reported Thursday.

Tenants with excellent energy conservation efforts could enjoy 50% off on management fees while those who save more energy using smart meters would get points from the CLP (HKG:0002) and Chinachem, the report said.
