Sunwah Kingsway Capital (HKG:0188) sold a total of 534,000 units of Tracker Fund of Hong Kong or TraHK (HKG:2800) for a total of a little over HK$9.5 million between Dec. 4, 2023, and Oct. 31, 2024, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The units, which represent roughly approximately 0.007% of the total issued Tracker Fund units as of Oct. 30, were disposed of at an average daily price of between HK$16.20 and HK$22.70 apiece.
Sunwah Kingsway Capital sold the units through its subsidiaries in multiple on-market transactions.
