YTO International Express and Supply Chain Technology (HKG:6123) has renewed two and entered into one new agreement with controlling shareholder YTO Express Group, a Thursday bourse filing said.
The supply chain company is renewing master service and charter contracts entered into in 2021 and expiring Dec. 31.
It has also entered into a master IT services agreement to procure software design, development, and maintenance services from members of YTO Express starting Jan. 1, 2025, and ending Dec. 31, 2027.
The renewals and new contract are all subject to shareholder approval.
