Marsh & McLennan's (MMC) Mercer unit said Monday it has acquired Cardano for an undisclosed amount.
Cardano's UK Defined Contribution Master Trust, now:pensions will support the range of services offered to Mercer's UK clients, the company said.
As part of the deal, over 550 colleagues from Cardano in London, Nottingham, and Rotterdam will become part of Mercer, the company added.
