ISDN Holdings' (HKG:1656, SGX:I07) subsidiary Servo Dynamics secured exclusive distribution rights for Dafang AI's robots for the construction industry in Singapore and Malaysia for a term of three years, a Friday Hong Kong Exchange filing said.

The company has also entered into a robotics training agreement with Dafang through ISDN Academy. Under the cooperation agreement, the company through its spin-off will be providing training programs for Dafang robots with necessary certifications and skills development.

Dafang robots have been approved by Singapore's Housing and Development Board and can reduce 50% to 80% of labor costs all the while reducing material waste by 15% to 50%.
