China Everbright Water (SGX:U9E) has applied to the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors for the registration and issuance of up to 8 billion yuan in debt financing instruments in multiple tranches, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The debt will be offered to institutional investors in China's national inter-bank bond market, pending approval and market conditions.
