Keppel DC REIT (SGX:AJBU) allotted and issued 425,752 units to its manager, Keppel DC REIT Management, at a price of SG$2.070 per unit as part of the base fee component for the period from July 1, till Sept. 30.

100% of the management fee was paid for the REIT's interest in its data centers in Netherlands, China, Japan and the UK, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, 50% of the base fee component was made in respect of the REIT's 99% interest in Keppel DC Singapore 5.

Following the issuance, the manager holds 16,408,133 units in Keppel DC REIT.
