EC Healthcare's (HKG:2138) overall sales fell 4% in the six months ended Sept. 30, driven by declines across its medical and aesthetic services businesses in Hong Kong and mainland China.

The medical service provider said it expects to record overall sales of at least HK$2.10 billion for the half-year period, according to a Friday disclosure with the Hong Kong Exchange.
