Times China (HKG:1233) recorded contracted sales of around 1.31 billion yuan in October, a Friday bourse filing said.

The property company's contracted gross floor area (GFA) for the month stood at approximately 117,000 square meters.

For the ten months ended Oct. 31, contracted sales and GFA reached roughly 7.56 billion yuan and 629,000 square meters, respectively.
