Hopson Development (HKG:0754) recorded contracted sales of around 1.65 billion yuan in October, comprising 1.61 billion yuan and 38 million yuan of property and decoration contracted sales, respectively, a Friday bourse filing said.

From January to October, contracted sales stood at 14.5 billion yuan, gross floor area reached 463,298 square meters, and average selling price was 30,213 yuan per square meter.

Of contracted sales for the 10 months, property and decoration contracted sales contributed roughly 14 billion yuan and 543 million yuan, respectively.
