Raffles Education (SGX:NR7), a provider of educational services, has completed the issuance of SG$3 million in non-convertible bonds to second tranche subscribers, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
This follows an earlier SG$12.5 million issuance to first-tranche subscribers, bringing the total amount raised under the proposed bond issue to S$15.5 million.
The second tranche bonds were allocated to a group of subscribers, including Chua Chwee Koh (SG$250,000), Ho Yan Jun (SG$500,000), Lim Siew Mun (SG$750,000), and Ng Kwan Meng (SG$500,000).
