UOL Group's (SGX:U14) subsidiary, United Venture Development (No. 5), granted an option to purchase an apartment at the "Pinetree Hill" development to Ng Huilian, wife of Wee Teng Wen, son of the company's controlling shareholder Wee Ee Cheong, according to a Wednesday filing on the Singapore Exchange.
The unit at No. 32 Pine Grove is priced at SG$3.4 million, with terms aligned to those offered to the public. The audit committee confirmed the sale's fairness, with no discount provided.
