China Huaneng Foundation Construction Investment sold a 29% stake in IDT International (HKG:0167) to six buyers for around HK$12.1 million on Oct. 28, a Wednesday bourse filing said.

China Huaneng Foundation Construction Investment is wholly owned by Zhu Yongning, both parties previously being substantial shareholders of the firm.

Each of the buyers hold less than 5% of the electronic products company's issued share capital following disposal.

Shares of the company were up over 4% in recent trade.
