Regis Resources, the West Australian gold miner that had a $1 billion project in NSW derailed by a shock Indigenous heritage ruling, has filed a legal action to have the decision deemed invalid by the Federal Court.
The miner claims the order made by Environment Minister Tanya Plibersek had “several issues and alleged failures”, giving the company grounds to lodge the case.
