Swire Properties (HKG:1972) will rename its Indigo Beijing commercial project to Taikoo Place Beijing once its phase 2 expansion is completed, The Standard reported Tuesday.
Taikoo Place Beijing will have a floor area of 860,000 square meters once the expansion is finished and will open in phases beginning from the end of 2026, the report said.
The complex will have eight 80-meter-high office towers, a shopping mall, a hotel, and serviced apartments, according to The Standard.
