Fuxing China Group (SGX:AWK) said that it intends to offer 1,500,000 ADSs instead of 1,000,0000 ADSs, with each offering ADS representing 15 ordinary shares instead of 20 ordinary shares at a minimum price offering of $4.00 per offering ADS.
The company will provide more details on the exact structure and details of the proposed ADS offering upon its completion, according to a filing with the Singapore Exchange on Tuesday.
