AIMS APAC REIT (SGX:O5RU) posted a distribution per unit of SG$0.0467 in the fiscal first half, up 0.4% from SG$0.0465 in the year-ago period.
Distribution to unitholders for the six months ended Sept. 30 came in at SG$38.0 million, an increase of 5% from SG$36.1 million a year earlier, according to a Tuesday bourse disclosure.
Net property income for the period rose 5.1% year over year to SG$67.6 million from SG$64.3 million, while gross revenue jumped 7.7% on year to SG$93.5 million from SG$86.8 million.
The trust also reported an overall portfolio occupancy of 95.0% as of Sept. 30, with a weighted average lease expiry of 5.0 years.
