Zhenro Properties Group (HKG:6158) contracted sales in October amounted to 558 million yuan with an aggregate gross floor area of 39,008 square meters, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The average selling price for the month was about 14,300 yuan per square meter, the filing said.
For the ten months ended Oct. 31, the company posted total contracted sales of 5.45 billion yuan with an aggregate gross floor area of 379,580 square meters. The average selling price for the period was about 14,400 yuan per square meter.
The real estate developer did not provide year-ago figures.
The company's stocks were up by 3% in recent trading.
