Yuexiu Property (HKG:0123), through its subsidiary Wuhan Kangjing Industrial Investment, won the bid for a land parcel in Beijing through open tender at a consideration of 6.38 billion yuan, a Tuesday Hong Kong bourse filing said.

The land parcel no. HD-GDS-002 belongs to the Shantytown Renovation Project for the Gongde Temple Area in the Haidian District, Beijing. It has a site area of 42,463 square meters and a total planned gross floor area of 143,608 square meters.

The land is planned for Class 2 residential use and the residential properties developed on it will be sold.
