** Singapore-based Sembcorp Industries SCIL.SI said it will sell its unit, Sembcorp Environment, to a unit of Indonesian energy company TBS Energi Utama TOBA.JK for S$405 million ($306.6 million).

** Private equity firm KKR KKR.N has become the largest shareholder in Japanese software developer Fuji Soft 9749.T after completing the first stage of a two-part tender offer, KKR said in a statement on Thursday. nL4N3MF065
