Poly Property Group's (HKG:0119) contracted sales stood at around 8.6 billion yuan in October, with the contracted area sold coming in at 350,000 square meters, according to a Monday filing with the Hong Kong bourse.
The average selling price for the month was approximately 24,600 yuan per square meter.
From January to September, contracted sales and area sold reached 48.9 billion yuan and 1.9 million square meters, respectively. The average selling price for the 10 months came in at 25,237 yuan per square meter.
