Patriot National Bancorp (PNBK) said Tuesday it appointed David Finn as interim chief financial officer.
Finn succeeds Joseph Perillo who is retiring from the position but will remain with the bank on a part-time basis to assist with strategic initiatives and projects, the company said.
Finn joined Patriot National in August as senior finance officer. Prior to his hiring, he served as senior vice president at First Citizens Bank.
