Sunac China (HKG:1918) recorded contracted sales of around 7.33 billion yuan in October with a contracted sales area of 187,000 square meters, a Tuesday bourse filing said.

The property company's average selling price for the month stood at approximately 39,200 yuan per square meter.

For the 10 months ended Oct. 31, contracted sales and sales area reached roughly 43.8 billion yuan and 2 million square meters, respectively.
